GUARANTEE POLICY

We pride ourselves on producing high quality board games. Please check your game when you receive it to make sure that all playing pieces are included and in order.  Contact us at support@AcademyGames.com with pictures of mis-manufactured items or a description of what is missing. 

You have 1 month, from the time we ship your game, to report component issues and we will ship replacement components at no cost.  After this time, you will have to pay for the replacement components and shipping. 

Our Guarantee Policy does not include the game box. We take extra care to pack the games to withstand normal shipping handling. If the game box was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the shipping box and the game box. Then contact the shipper to initiate a damage claim. 

REFUND POLICY

Kickstarter and Late Backer Pledges: You may cancel your Kickstarter pledge at any time during the campaign. Once the campaign has ended, we no longer offer refunds. This is because all royalty fees, Credit Card fees, Kickstarter, Backerkit, and Marketing Partner expenses are based on the Campaign end numbers.  Late Backer Pledges cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. 

You can, however, sell or donate your pledge to another person or organization. To do this, you will be able to change the pledge shipping name, address, and telephone number in the pledge manager until it has been locked in preparation for worldwide fulfillment.
